Article 5 - Availability

Our product offers and prices are valid while stocks last. Information on the availability of products is provided at the time of ordering when adding the product to your basket. They are provided as an indication. In case of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will inform you either by mail or by phone. You will then be able to ask for the cancellation or the exchange of your order. In case of total unavailability of the goods, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded immediately. Article 6 - Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address you indicated during the ordering process. The delivery time includes the time of preparation of the package and the time of routing. If you choose to pay by check, the order will be processed only upon receipt of it. Consequently, the delivery times applicable in this case are those on the day of receipt of payment and may therefore be modified from those mentioned on the day the order was placed.
The standard mode of shipment is the letter max or the colissimo delivered without signature. No refund or return of order can be claimed in case of loss of the package once entrusted to the post office.
In the event of damage during transport, the justified protest must be formulated with the carrier within three days as from the delivery. Delivery times are given as an indication only; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed.
The exchange of any product declared, afterwards, damaged during transport, without any reserve having been issued upon receipt of the parcel, will not be taken into account.

Article 7 - Shipping costs

The shipping costs include a contribution to the preparation and packaging + postage costs. Think of grouping all your items on a single order.

Article 8 - Method of payment

Payment by credit card, paypal, bank transfer and check.

Article 9 - Reservation of ownership

Article 13 - Return of goods

In accordance with articles L. 120-20, the consumer has a period of 7 calendar days to return at his expense, the products ordered. This right applies only to natural persons. This period runs from the day of receipt of the package. All returns must be reported to our customer service beforehand. In exchange, the buyer will be reimbursed within a maximum of 30 days.
Only products returned in their entirety, in their original packaging, complete and intact, and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. Any product which will have been damaged, or whose original packing will have been deteriorated, will be neither refunded, nor taken back, nor exchanged. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of shipping and return costs. In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the consumer has the choice of requesting either a refund of the sums paid, or the exchange of the product. In the case of an exchange, the reshipment will be at the expense of the consumer.
