• Our gourmet baskets, to help you discover different flavors. Our gourmet baskets include the discovery box, the gastronomy box, the sweetness box, the pleasure basket, the craving basket and the gourmet basket.
• Our famous shortbread cookies "Le Normand", "Le Normand Chocolat", "Le Délice du Goublin", "Le Délice du Goublin enrobé chocolat", "Le Biscuit de Sainte-Mère-Eglise", chocolate and caramel hazelnut cookies, and financial cookies such as "Petit Para Nature".
• Our homemade chocolates are original, color-free, and some are even organic or sugar-free.

Around our Biscuiterie, we invite you to continue your gourmet journey in our company by discovering our different areas:

• The restaurant is open for lunch every day, 7 days a week, from 12pm to 3pm (until 4pm in summer). The menu, revised according to the season, is created by our chefs Gaëtan and Ravi, with dishes to suit all tastes, using fresh, seasonal produce cooked on site.
• The Tearoom is open daily from 9.30am to 6.30pm. You'll be able to sample our hand-crafted ice creams, hot and cold beverages such as homemade chocolate, Viennese coffee, café Sainte-Mère, café gourmand and many others, as well as some thirty varieties of tea to enjoy, which are the perfect accompaniment to our cookies.
• Le Cellier showcases our various regional products, which make superb gift ideas: Calvados, Cidre or Pommeau, but also products from elsewhere.
• Our Chocolaterie, where we offer a range of homemade chocolates, is air-conditioned to keep the chocolate fresh and tasty. Our products are made with chocolates from all over the world: Ghana, Venezuela, Mexico and even organic chocolate from Peru. Looking for gift ideas for Christmas, Easter or even a birthday?
